A clean room with a catch
The room was spacious and had well-equipped kitchenette facilities which made it convenient for our family meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist when needed.

Spacious room with a functional kitchenette, perfect for preparing quick meals. Great proximity to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Paid a hefty $367 for a night and expected a clean environment. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. sticky doorways, dirty floors, and stained surfaces were noted. The bathroom had hair remnants from previous occupants, with a shower that looked neglected. The air reeked of smoke, making our personal belongings carry the scent home. The kitchenette lacked essential utensils for dining, which felt like a miss given the space provided. Overall, it felt more run-down than advertised.

wow, where do I even begin? the room was dirty with hairs everywhere, and the fridge was horrendously stained. I also expected a complimentary welcome gift due to my “special” status, but alas, nothing at all! the only highlight? The staff tried. too bad they’re cleaning the mess made by the establishment. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

Potential with Attention to Cleanliness
I appreciated the large kitchenette, great for family meals. The proximity to local dining options was convenient for takeout. However, cleanliness needs improvement. If you book, check for room specifics beforehand to avoid surprises. Staff were friendly which helped offset some issues.

The accommodating staff made an effort to assist us during our stay. The location proved convenient for accessing local shopping and dining options. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant concern, with lingering odors and the need for better bathroom hygiene evident in our room. The lack of a do-not-disturb sign left us feeling overlooked, which added to the overall dissatisfaction with our experience.

We recently stayed in a spacious King Studio Suite with our kids and pets. The renovations were impressive and made the room feel fresh. The location was super convenient for shopping and dining. We loved exploring Annapolis nearby.
My kids wished the cleanliness matched the renovations. The bathroom needed attention and had leftover hair from previous guests.

During my stay, I appreciated the accommodating nature of the staff, particularly Victoria, who made our move between rooms seamless. The kitchenette allowed for convenient meals, although the cleanliness could use some attention. Despite this, the location reasonably facilitated my explorations around Annapolis.
